30 years ZEVAC		New Products and Options
In 2008 ZEVAC is celebrating the 30 year jubilee. As an over all expression it can be said that the core understaning is "Innovation as Tradition" and ZEVAC has become known for bringing again and again new developments on the market, which are state of the art.		The Desktop Factory IP 500 has been presented. It offers space optimized the flexibility and precision ZEVAC is known for in combination with intelligent solutions. The ONYX product range continuously is extended by options. IP-500 Desktop Factory The new factory concept, introduced during Productronica for the first time on an international level, has been well received by the visitors. The first machines are delivered and installed. ONYX Product Range As one of the new options the shuttle for the ONYX 24 has been presented.

NEW: ONYX 24		NEW: IP-520
ZEVAC has launched the ONYX 24 for selective soldering and desoldering. Automated axes, force measurement, powerful top and bottom side heating, precision and reliability are some of the key features. Semi-automatic process control for all kind of SMD rework applications. The bottom heater with a large surface of 300x300mm offers 3500 W heating power. On all ONYX machines nitrogen input is standard. more		In additiion to the automation solutions which habe been realized on the ONYX 32 the new industry platform IP-520 respresents the consequent continuation and is outlined for high-volume, in-line solutions. This new product follows the tradition to develop machines for solution beyond standards. Beside the electronic industry the IP-520 can be used in other branches as well and can be customized according to the application specific requirements. more
